Service

Delta Kappa Delta Sorority is a Sisterhood that was founded with the basis of service. Nationwide, Sisters of Delta Kappa Delta commit themselves to the prevention of child abuse. Through this commitment to bettering the community, Sisters grow and strengthen their bonds with each other. Throughout the year, the Sisters of Delta Kappa Delta at the UT Austin Chapter have lent their time and efforts to places and events such as Austin Children’s Shelter, Boys and Girls Club, Heart House, Helping Hand Home, Monster Book Sale, Austin Fine Arts Festival, Austin Children’s Museum, Goodwill, Heart House, Meals on Wheels, Outdoor Kids’ Adventure Day, Easter Eggstravaganza and Big Brother Big Sister. The dedication of the Sisters of Delta Kappa Delta to service is what binds them together and makes their relationships stronger, cementing them in Sisterhood.
